SHIPPING POLICY

At this time we only offer 3 types of services: USPS 1st class or Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail and UPS 3 day Select Service.
Our standard shipping US Postal Service 1st Class or Priority Mail usually takes about 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
Regular S&H charge is $6.00 (including delivery confirmation) for all USA deliveries up to 2 pounds.
We do ship to all states in the USA.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
USPS recognizes several federal holidays and shipments processed or in transit during holidays may incur a delay.
Deliveries to rural areas may incur additional days in transit.
- FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR PLACING THE ORDER.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after your payment is received.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process

  • Most important is that you inspect the package at the time of delivery.
  • It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign.
  • If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery.
    Please contact us to let us know of your delivery refusal.
  • If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact us.
    We may be able to replace damaged pieces.

RETURNS POLICY

We will accept returns for any reason within 14 days of arrival to your address.
Please contact us before sending back an item for return.
Items must be in new unused condition, include all original paperwork and packaged with the same care we used to ship it to you.
Items may be sent back via USPS Mail, UPS or FedEx we recommend using insurance.
If you choose not to use insurance and/or delivery confirmation, we will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in the return mail.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be requested on most items within 30 days.
Please contact us before sending back an item for exchange.
